Property Location & information
Oakcliff Estates is a 19-lot subdivision consisting of lakefront and lake view lots each a minimum of 3.0 acres on beautiful Table Rock Lake in Stone County, Missouri.
In 1981 the subdivision began with the first purchase of properties from 12 different property owners. You can “hear the quiet” in the forested rolling terrain, with the breath taking views, yet conveniently located to Branson, Branson West, Reeds Springs, and Silver Dollar City. Three lots offer long range views from a bluff which extends more than 2500 feet along the western boundary of the subdivision. Nine lots are densely wooded and offer great views. A beautiful pristine setting not too far from the crowds. Some of the lots have already been purchased and homes have been built. |
